#FloodsPH: MMDA, crowd-sourced flood reports for August 8

MANILA, Philippines – Don’t find yourself stranded in Metro Manila. Rappler is compiling flood reports from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and from our online community.

Note: traffic number coding in all cities has been lifted on Wednesday (August 8), except in Makati.
