Ineng now has maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. 

The typhoon is forecast to move north northeast at a rate of 13 km/h.

Northern Cagayan, including Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands

PAGASA warned of possible flashfloods and landslides in low lying and mountainous areas under all storm signals.
