Light rains for parts of Luzon on Sunday

MANILA, Philippines – Light rains and cloudy skies are expected in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon on Sunday, November 29, said the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Central and Eastern Visayas, the CARAGA region, and Mindanao.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will previal over the rest of the country.

Luzon and Visayas should brace for moderate to strong winds from the northeast. These winds will make ocean waters surrounding these two regions moderate to rough.

Mindanao can expect only light to moderate winds leading to calmer ocean waters.
