Cloudy Tuesday for parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Tuesday, December 1 for different parts of Luzon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin Monday, November 30, PAGASA said Bicol Region and the province of Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours.

Cagayan Valley and Aurora will also experience cloudy skies but with light rains.

A northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, while the tail-end of a cold front is affecting Southern Luzon.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera, and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Luzon and Visayas, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast.
