Cloudy Friday for Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon

MANILA, Philippines – Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains on Friday, January 8, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

Meanwhile, Cordillera, Ilocos, and the rest of Central Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains, PAGASA said in its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, January 7.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies, but with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

A northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast.
