Cloudy Wednesday for parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Wednesday, January 13, for different parts of Luzon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Tuesday, January 12, PAGASA said Camarines, Catanduanes, Rizal, Quezon, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours. 

The regions of Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera will also be cloudy but with light rains.

A northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon, while the tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast.
