Cloudy Saturday for Cagayan Valley, Aurora

MANILA, Philippines – Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora will be cloudy on Saturday, April 30, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, April 29, PAGASA said these areas will experience light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms. 

The tail-end of a cold front is affecting Northern Luzon, while easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. 

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east.
