MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Friday, May 27, for Zambales, Bataan, Mindoro, and Palawan, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, May 26, PAGASA said these areas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms. 

A southwest monsoon is affecting the western section of Luzon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from the southwest to south over the western section of Luzon, causing moderate to occasionally rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southeast to south.
