MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Friday, July 22, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, July 21, PAGASA said the ridge of a high pressure area is extending across Luzon. 

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to east.
