MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the whole country on Saturday, July 23, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, July 22, PAGASA said the ridge of a high pressure area is extending over Northern Luzon. 

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north over Luzon, and from the northwest to southwest over the rest of the country.
