MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the whole country on Sunday, July 24, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin released on Saturday, July 23, PAGASA said the ridge of a high pressure area is extending over Northern Luzon.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to northwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas, and from the west to southwest over the rest of the country, PAGASA said.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
