The LPAs are enhancing the southwest monsoon, which will bring more rain to Northern Luzon and Central Luzon on Monday, September 5.
Light to moderate rain and thunderstorms are expected in Metro Manila, Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon.
The rest of the country will have just isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
