MANILA, Philippines – A low pressure area (LPA) will bring more rain to parts of Mindanao on Thursday, September 8.
In its bulletin issued 5 pm on Wednesday, September 7, state weather bureau PAGASA said the LPA is 175 kilometers east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
