The senator says the petitioners against the RH law have no legal standing to question it
MANILA, Philippines - The sun will be out across the archipelago on Tuesday, October 30, as the northeast monsoon continues to affect Luzon.
State weather bureau PAGASA said the whole country will be generally sunny, with some light rain over the eastern parts in the afternoon.
The light rain will be caused by the tail-end of the cold front, the bureau said.
Over Luzon, moderate to strong winds will prevail, coming from the northeast. The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds, also from the northeast.
There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). - Rappler.com
