MANILA, Philippines - The northwest monsoon, also known as the Amihan, continues to cool Luzon down on Wednesday, October 31.

Eastern sections of the Luzon, particularly the Cagayan Valley and Bicol regions, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon, will have light rain, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and thunderstorms.

The rest of the archipelago, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy skies with brief, isolated rain or thunderstorms.

There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the bureau added.
