MANILA, Philippines – Light to moderate rain and thunderstorms are expected in the Ilocos Region and the province of Batanes on Monday, November 28.

In its bulletin issued 5 pm on Sunday, November 27, state weather bureau PAGASA also said the rest of the country will have isolated rainshowers.

Coastal waters in Luzon will be moderate to rough, with moderate to strong winds.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Marce (Tokage) remains inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), but it is no longer directly affecting the country.

As of 10 pm on Sunday, Marce was 150 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, moving north northeast at 11 kilometers per hour. It is expected to leave PAR on Monday.
