MANILA, Philippines - Rain is in the forecast for Palawan and Mindanao on Sunday, November 4, while the rest of the country will have cloudy skies.
Due to an intertropical convergence zone, Palawan and Mindanao will be cloudy with moderate to heavy rain, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
This weather could trigger flashfloods and landslides, the bureau warned.
Meanwhile, the cold front is affecting extreme northern Luzon, with light rain in the Cagayan Valley region.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with brief rain.
