MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) - It will be a rainy Monday, November 5, in Mindanao as the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affects the region.
Cloudy skies with occasional moderate to heavy rain will be experienced in Mindanao, which could possibly cause flashfloods and thunderstorms, PAGASA said.
As the cold front affects Luzon, on the other hand, Cagayan Valley will have light rain in the forecast.
The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with brief rain or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
Winds across the country will be coming from the east to northeast.
The sun rose at 5:53 am, and will set at 5:26 pm.
