Light-moderate rain in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora on Saturday

MANILA, Philippines – Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms on Saturday, December 10, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin on Friday, December 9, PAGASA said cloudy skies will also affect Ilocos, Cordillera, the rest of Cagayan Valley, and the rest of Central Luzon, but with light rains.

The tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon, while a northeast monsoon is still affecting extreme Northern Luzon. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over extreme Northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas.

Coastal waters, meanwhile, will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east over the rest of Luzon, and from the southeast to east over the rest of the country. – Rappler.com
