MANILA, Philippines – Parts of the country will experience more rain on Thursday, December 15.

In its bulletin issued 5 pm on Wednesday, December 14, state weather bureau PAGASA said the low pressure area (LPA) it is monitoring is now 170 kilometers west of Tanauan, Batangas.

The northeast monsoon also continues to affect extreme Northern Luzon.

On Thursday, light rain is expected in the Cordillera and Ilocos regions, as well as the islands of Batanes and Calayan.
