If President Aquino continues to protect the traditional power structures, none of the problems of weak democracy, hardened poverty, and poor governance can be solved
MANILA, Philippines - Mindanao will have a rainy, cloudy Friday, November 9, as an intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affects the area.
State weather bureau Pagasa said that the southern part of the country will have occassional light to moderate rainshowers due to the ITCZ.
Some parts of Luzon will also experience light rains due to the northeast monsoon. Particularly affected are the Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Bicol Region.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated brief rainshowers in the afternoon or evening.
