MANILA, Philippines - The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) continues to affect parts of southern Philippines on Sunday, November 11.
State weather bureau PAGASA said Palawan and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rain and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy skies with isolated brief rain or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast to east will prevail over Luzon and eastern Visayas, while elsewhere winds will be light to moderate.
