The BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PF-16) will set sail for the Philippines before the middle of June
MANILA, Philippines - The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) in Mindanao and the northeast monsoon will continue to affect weather condition in the country on Friday, November 16.
State weather bureau PAGASA said that the eastern part of the country will experience moderate to heavy rain due to the northeast monsoon. This include the provinces of Aurora and Quezon, and provinces in Eastern Visayas, Bicol region, and Cagayan Valley.
Central Luzon and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate rainshowers. Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers in the afternoon or evening.
