MANILA, Philippines - The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will affect weather in Mindanao while the cold front will affect Batanes Monday, November 19.
The ITCZ will bring occasional light to moderate rain or thunderstorms in Caraga, Davao, and Northern Mindanao, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 24-hour public weather forecast.
Batanes, Cagayan, and Apayao, on the other hand, will see cloudy skies with light rain.
The rest of the Philippines will have partly cloudy skies with isolated brief rain or thunderstorms, mainly late in the day.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast to east, the bureau added.
