If President Aquino continues to protect the traditional power structures, none of the problems of weak democracy, hardened poverty, and poor governance can be solved
MANILA, Philippines - Large parts of the country will experience cloudy skies Tuesday, November 27, as the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the cold front continue to influence the weather.
Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, and the Bicol Region are expected to have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rain or thunderstorms, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated brief rain or thunderstorms late in the day.
The ITCZ continues to affect Mindanao, while Batanes is still affected by the cold front.
There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the bureau added.
