Wednesday weather: Cloudy skies over east Mindanao

MANILA, Philippines - Mindanao continues to be affected by the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) on Wednesday, November 28, bringing cloudy skies over the eastern parts of the island.

State weather bureau PAGASA said Caraga, Davao, and Soccsksargen regions will have cloudy skies with some light to moderate rain or thunderstorms.

On the other hand, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated brief rain or thunderstorms mostly late in the day.

Prevailing winds across the archipelago will come from the northeast to east.
