Brief rain, 'Amihan' in Tuesday forecast
MANILA, Philippines - The northeast monsoon, locally known as the Amihan, continues to affect northern Luzon on Tuesday, December 11, while brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in parts of the country.
State weather bureau PAGASA said Cagayan Valley and the Cordilleras, along with the Ilocos provinces and Aurora, will experience cloudy skies with light rain, while the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy skies with brief rain.
The rest of the country, on the other hand, will have brief rain or thunderstorms.
