MANILA, Philippines - Rain and clouds are in the forecast for many parts of the country Wednesday, December 12.
Bicol, along with Quezon province, will have cloudy skies accompanied by occasional light to moderate rain or thunderstorms.
Aurora and the Cagayan Valley region will have light rain, while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief rain or thunderstorms.
The northeast monsoon, or amihan, continues to prevai over northern and central Luzon, while moderate to strong winds will be experienced in Luzon and Visayas.
