MANILA, Philippines - A large part of the country will continue to have cloudy skies Wednesday, January 16.
The northeast monsoon, or the 'amihan,' continues to affect Luzon, while the tail-end of a cold front affects the Visayas, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rain or thunderstorms is in the forecast for Eastern and Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Palawan.
The eastern part of Luzon - Cagayan Valley, Bicol, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon - will have cloudy skies with occasional light rain.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with brief rain or thunderstorms, the bureau said.
There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the bureau added. - Rappler.com
