MANILA, Philippines - Another cloudy day is in store for most of the country Sunday, January 20, particularly in Mindanao.
The tail-end of a cold front is affecting weather in Northern Mindanao, while Visayas and Luzon will feel the effects of the northeast monsoon.
PAGASA said Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain or thunderstorms, while Bicol and the Visayas will have cloudy skies with light rain.
The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with brief, light rain, the bureau said.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast, the bureau added. Temperatures in Metro Manila are expected to range between 23-30 degrees Celsius.
