MANILA, Philippines - Moderate to heavy rain is in the forecast for Davao and Soccsksargen regions Tuesday, January 22, possibly triggering more flooding and landslides.

State weather bureau PAGASA said the said regions will also have cloudy skies. Mindanao is experiencing the effects of the tail-end of a cold front.

The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate rain or thunderstorms, while Eastern Visayas, Bicol, Cagayan Valley and Aurora and Quezon provinces will have cloudy skies accompanied by occasional light to moderate rain.

The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with brief light rain, the bureau added.
