Cloudy Sunday in Cagayan Valley, Aurora

MANILA, Philippines - With the return of the northeast monsoon, parts in the northeast corner of the archipelago will have cloudy skies Sunday, February 10.

Specifically, Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora will have cloudy skies accompanied by light rain on Sunday, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 24-hour public weather forecast released 5pm Saturday, February 9.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms. These will be felt particularly in the Davao region, Caraga, and Eastern Visayas.

Prevailing winds will be coming from the northeast. There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the bureau added. - Rappler.com
