Rain in Tuguegarao, Baguio, Legaspi

MANILA, Philippines – It’s a cloudy Saturday for most parts of the Philippines as the northeast monsoon continues to affect weather in the country, particularly in Luzon.

The cities of Tuguegarao, Baguio and Legaspi can expect rain and gutsy wind Saturday, February 23, weather bureau PAGASA said.

Meanwhile, the regions of Cordillera, Bicol, Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains.

For Metro Manila and the rest of the country, weather conditions will be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. – with reports from Angela Casauay/Rappler.com
