MANILA, Philippines - The entire country will have a cloudy Wednesday, February 27, as the easterly winds blow over the archipelago's east coast.
Isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will also be felt over Aurora, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao region, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Prevailing winds will be coming mainly from the east, and seas will be moderate to rough.
Temperatures across most of the country will range from as low as 15 degrees Celsius in Baguio, to as high as 34 degrees Celsius in Olongapo and Angeles cities.
There is currently no tropical cyclone in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
