DFA spokesman Hernandez confirms there is no Filipino casualty in Oklahoma

MANILA, Philippines - The northeast monsoon continues to affect parts of northern Luzon Sunday, March 3.
The northern half of Luzon - the Cordilleras, Ilocos, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon - will have cloudy skies accompanied by light rain, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
There is no tropical cyclone within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the bureau added.
