MANILA, Philippines - It will be a cloudy and drizzly Monday, March 4, for parts of Luzon and Mindanao.
The northeast monsoon continues to affect Luzon, and cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced in Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, Calabarzon, and the provinces of Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.
Caraga and Davao regions will have cloudy skies accompanied with light rain and thunderstorms, the state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 24-hour forecast released Sunday afternoon, March 3.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast to east.
There are no storms currently in the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the bureau added.
