Identities of the abductors are still unknown
MANILA, Philippines - The northeast monsoon continues to affect the northern part of the archipelago Wednesday, March 6.
The regions of Cagayan Valley, Bicol, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rain, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Down south, Caraga, Davao and Soccsksargen regions will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast to east. There are no tropical storms within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the bureau added.
