Hot, cloudy Thursday in PH
MANILA, Philippines - A hot, cloudy Thursday, March 14, is in the offing for large parts of the country, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Luzon will experience the effects of a ridge of high pressure, and the entire country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Prevailing winds will come from the east to northeast.
Temperatures will range from as low as 15 degrees Celsius in Baguio, to as high as 35 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao. Most major cities will experience temperatures from the mid-20s to mid-30s.
There are no tropical cyclones within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
