Saturday: Light rains in Laoag, isolated rainshowers in Manila
MANILA, Philippines - Most of the Philippines will experience partly cloudy skies on Saturday, March 16, according to weather bureau PAGASA.
Extreme Northern Luzon provinces including Tuguegarao and Laoag cities will experience light rains or passing light rains due to moderate to strong northeasterly windflow. Coastal waters will be moderate to rough, particularly in Laoag.
Aurora and Quezon provinces will experience cloudly skies with light rains.
Metro Manila and Metro Cebu will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thuderstorms.
