MANILA, Philippines - Good weather will greet Filipinos across the country Wednesday, March 20.

State weather bureau PAGASA said the ridge of a high pressure area is extending across Luzon.

Aside from isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon, weather throughout the day will be generally fair.

Prevailing winds will be light to moderate, blowing from the east to southeast over Luzon, and from the east to northeast over the rest of the archipelago.

Temperatures in major cities across the country will range from the low 20s to the mid-30s.

There are no tropical cyclones within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
