Some respite from heat: Rain in parts of east Luzon
MANILA, Philippines - Some rain will help cool down temperatures in parts of eastern Luzon Tuesday, April 23, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The diffused tail-end of a cold front is affecting northern Luzon, the bureau said in its 24-hour forecast released late Monday, April 22.
On the other hand, eastern parts of southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be affected by the easterly winds.
Cagayan Valley, Quezon, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain.
There are no tropical storms within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
