MANILA, Philippines – Storm signals in 8 provinces remain unchanged as Tropical Depression Agaton moved slowly towards the Surigao provinces on Saturday, January 18.

Storm signal number 1 (winds of 30-60 km/h in a least 36 hours) was raised over the following provinces:
