MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Tropical Depression Caloy hit land on Saturday morning, March 22, in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The center of the tropical depression was estimated at 70 km southeast of Surigao City or in the vicinity of Tandag City, Surigao del Sur as of 10 am. Caloy has maximum sustained winds of 45 km per hour near the center.
