MANILA, Philippines – The entire country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Friday, April 4, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Thursday, April 3, PAGASA said the country will also experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Easterlies are also affecting the eastern section of Luzon.

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast over the archipelago.
