MANILA, Philippines – The entire country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Saturday, April 19.

According to state weather bureau PAGASA’s April 18, 5 pm bulletin, these skies will bring isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Central and Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas will experience moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast. Thus, coastal waters in these regions will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon and Visyas can expect light to moderate winds from the east to northeast. Light to moderate winds from the northeast to north will prevail over Mindanao leading to slight to moderate seas.
