Cloudy Monday for Eastern Visayas

MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies on Monday, April 21, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

This is accompanied with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. A low pressure area was located at 1,010 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar at 4 am Monday, while easterlies are affecting Northern Luzon.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening,

Coastal seas will be moderate to occasionally rough as moderate to occasionally strong winds blow from northeast over the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, as well as Eastern Visayas.

They will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast over the rest of Visayas and Luzon, and from the north to northwest over Mindanao.
