MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Friday, April 25, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Thursday, April 24, PAGASA said the skies in these areas will be accompanied with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Easterlies are affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east over Luzon and Visayas, and from the east to northeast over Mindanao.
