MANILA, Philippines – Parts of Mindanao are bound to experience dreary weather on Thursday, May 15, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In their May 14, 5 pm bulletin, the agency said Northern Mindanao, Central Mindanao (SOCCSKARGEN), Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies bringing light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will have slightly more cheerful weather. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies threaten only isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

The entire country will experience light to moderate winds coming from the east to southeast. Thus, coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Hot temperatures will continue to be felt all over the country. Tuguegarao may experience heat as high as 38 degrees Celsius. Metro Manila temperature may go as high as 36 degrees Celsius.
