LPA now over Aurora

As of 4 pm Thursday, July 3, the low pressure area (LPA) was spotted 550 km east of Baler, Aurora.

Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. 

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the southwest to west over Luzon. They will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southwest over the rest of the country.
