Occasional rains for Palawan, Mindoro on Friday

MANILA, Philippines – Palawan and Mindoro will experience cloudy skies on Friday, July 11, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Thursday, July 10, PAGASA said these provinces will experience occasional rains, while the regions of Soccsksargen and Davao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.

A southwest monsoon is affecting the western section of Central and Southern Luzon. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the southwest to south over Luzon and Western Visayas. They will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the south to southwest over the rest of the country.
